This Privacy Policy sets out how we, UNEXIFY OÜ, a legal entity under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, company’s registration number 16768312 (hereinafter – the “Company”), operate the Company’s website unexify.com and protect your personal data that you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to the Company and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Company’s website.

This Privacy Policy shall be deemed also the privacy notice, i.e. this Privacy Policy is our (data controller) statement to you (data subject) that describes how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to the data we may obtain from third parties.

Period of data storage

Please note! Some data is contained in documents required by law to be stored for a longer period of time (for example, accounting documents).
You can exercise your right to delete your data. In this case, we will delete your data from our servers within 30 days of your request.

We will process your data to deliver your cloud-stored data as statistics or history, including such data as temperature, humidity, meters readings, vice versa to any devices of your choosing without a need for you to use third-party backups or cloud storage.

Compliance with the law. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent that it is necessary:
